Our Journey & Founder’s Vision
V-Glow was started in 2004 by Shibu Mathew, a lifelong learner, communicator, and advocate for accessible education. From the beginning, Shibu recognised a gap between formal education and real-world communication skills.
“Communication and confidence are the foundational skills for career success, and they must be built with empathy, clarity, and practical application.”
Driven by this belief, Shibu built V-Glow with a simple but powerful mission — to help every learner improve their communication skills and unlock opportunities. What started as focused English and IELTS coaching expanded into a broader ecosystem of skill development, including personality coaching and AI-enhanced productivity.
